Store is nasty dirty, I understand it can get busy at times but I have been there plenty of times when its not. You will usally... see employees standing behind the counter chatting awayl. It doesn't seem like this store has any brooms or mops to use as Ihave never seen anyone use them! No matter what time I visit, the coolers are never filled . Its very obvious the employees donot want to be there and dont like their jobs. It shows in the way they treat customers.and take care of their store.! Whenthey started closing in the afternoons a while back, they had a sign on the door stating they were closing at 3pm. I checked myphone and it was a little more than 10 minutes to 3 and figured I would grab what I wanted quick and be out before 3pm. NOPE! AsI approached the door and went to push it open, a woman with long brown hair pushed the door closed on me and locked it. Onlyopening it to let the leaving customers out and then locking again. She just kept saying that they were closed.IT WASNT EVEN 3YET! I have been back there 2xs since then and try to stay away from there ever since. Maybe your employees should go to theHoliday over on Nevada to be trained on how to treat customers and actually do their jobs. That is one of the busiest,friendliest, cleanest well stocked stores I have ever seen! It may be further away from home but I will do my business there fornow on! Our neighborhood gas station used to be wonderful. We knew the staff, and they kept the hours of operation from 5am-11pm. As of... late, huge turn around in staff. Closing store at 9pm. Come-on do better!! Read more
Use to always be clean and neat, but since merger it's just not the same neighborhood store. Always out of supplies for cups,... no one keeps it stocked well. Can't get the cup covers out of the receptacle without making more of a mess than there alreadyis. Dirty soda fountain. Straws out most the time. Cup covers for the size that fits your cup out almost all the time. Todaysuper sticky floor around all freezie, ice cream, soda Pop and coffee machines all the way to the cashier stations. Dirty. With merger got rid of a new pop machine and put in an old folgey machine. No more choice of flavor shots, myfavorite. Nobody's in the place. No lines to cashier. No one cleaning. Today was the second and worse customer service experience i will have at this gas station, the white lady at the canter at 8pm... tonight 10/17/2021 is such a horrible and very disrespectful representative. This is the second time she will be talking to merudely without any provocation even others that were there were surprised, she lack all manner of decency, I just hope themanagement do something about her and her poor attitude before she push all their customers away.
