HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I work at an arbys so I know. An hour before closing they turned the lights off and refused service. Never... again luckily other places was open but as someone who works at an Arbys we would NEVER close an hour early or refuse to serveanyone. I guess they don?t like making money. Read more

Love Arby's with the old school vintage iconic Arby's hat beacon sign. I also love their many risky seasonal items alot of other... fast foods wouldn't ever consider. Occasionally I'll swing for the slider cycle and get every slider in the menu. Otherwisetheir French dip & Swiss is my all time favorite big kids sandwich. Read more

Tonight I tried their wagyu burger. Limited time offer, and I see why. It was supposed to be cooked to medium-well, so I... expected some pink but this has too much pink for a fast food burger without knowing how the meat was handled. I contactedcustomer service after getting no answer at the restaurant, so I?ve already filled out the online form, but an actual answerfrom the local restaurant management would be more appropriate and appreciated. Went to order a salad from here on my lunch break and when I got back to work realized I was given a Spoon to eat it with.... Called to ask if that was a thing or if they were out of forks or something and the rep seemed as if she was confused as to whyI would even call with this type of issue and was reluctant to even apologize. So I ended the call and decided I would just haveto spoon it. Opened my salad to find that the majority of the lettuce at the bottom was brown and I don?t eat brown lettuce.After picking all the brown and rotted lettuce out realized half of my salad was gone and just decided to make a review. I knowit?s just a fast food salad but I feel the quality of customer service and the food could be better. Read more
