I didn't even know a place like this even existed visiting a friend's family in the Hardin county area and we found this... restaurant right on the Tennessee River beautiful view of the water speed boats fishing boats family boat ski Jets the fish wassuperb customer service was wonderful the service of the waiter was superb as well I can't wait to visit again I'm from thestate of Florida all I eat is sea food. The food wasn?t bad, it just wasn?t great. The decor in the restaurant is very minimal, stark and boring. My steak was way... over cooked, but had decent flavor. If it was cooked to medium rare as requested, rather than well done, it would have beengreat! One last thing - if you?re trying to be an upscale restaurant, STOP using Bacos fake bacon bits on salads and potatoes. That?s super lazy and they?re disgusting. The catfish and sides are wonderful. The service is lovely. The atmosphere is a newly-remodeled dining room and events space on... the upper level overlooking the beautiful Tennessee River and a newly opened nightclub on the ground level opening onto a hugeterrace that leads out to the river bank. Sit on the many Adirondack chairs on the terrace with a mint julep and watch the lazyriver go by. Read more
