We decided on this place to eat at before a wedding! It was very busy and packed but the service was great! Refills and chips... were brought without us having to ask. My friend and I tried 2 different tacos plus we each had one of their potato tacos. Thepotato tacos were not what we anticipated at all. The born to kill tacos were amazing! If we ever go back, we will try some ofthe other ones though!!! Their drink menu was online through a QR code. The great cats-bee (one of their beers) was also reallygood! ???? Read more

Went here yesterday for lunch. It is beautiful inside and the patio looked nice. The menu is clean and concise to look at. I... ordered a potato taco and the no country for old men. I thought the potato taco was good, great vegetarian option. No countryfor old men was okay, rather vinegary and the brisket didn't stand out. The chips and salsa were delicious and fresh tasting.Chicken tikka empanadas were decent. To me the no country taco and empanadas felt too "busy" like I couldn't savor theindividual ingredients. The rice was the opposite problem, really bland, my husband thought it tasted like the kind you get in apouch and pop in the microwave. I didn't care for it either and opted to send it back because it also had hard burnt bits. Staffseemed to not really care, didn't comp just offered a re-fire. Service was okay overall besides that. The prices are kind ofhigh but typical for the area and reasonable for the portions. Overall probably wouldn't choose to return to this one. Read more

The tacos were good I did think the beef in the Handle bar was tough and a bit dry. The shrimp also was good but I thought a bit... sweet. I'd come back again. Little pricy but you're on the square. Read more

An excellent addition to the Crown Point downtown food options. It's trendy, has a full bar and has some nice touches. The... service has always been good. Not a huge fan of their queso; however the Gauc dip is excellent. One taco is usually enough. They change the options up occasionally, but I really like the No Country for Old Men. Read more

Amazing place! Love the Crown Point Square, such a wonderful place to eat and shop. Stopped in on a very busy Friday night and... we were met with happy smiles and great service. This makes such a huge difference, even on a crazy busy night I appreciatebeing greeted and informed, we?re busy but we?re on it. We pretty quickly were offered a freshly cleaned spot at the bar and thebartender Tina was spectacular! She was busy making complicated cocktails and taking orders, but she was friendly and happilyoffered great service and recommendations for first timers. Really appreciate how great she was! Drinks are great, food was hotand quick and flavors and options are wonderful. Looking forward to going back. Great place, food and service! Read more

The food is absolutely amazing but the music was so loud inside that we couldn?t even talk to each other from across the table,... let alone think. Great space and very well themed but the extreme volume on the music was just too much for me. Also had a flythat would not leave my table no matter what and the drinks come in super small cups (they have to be 8oz cups and by the timethey put ice in there, you?re paying for three sips of Coke at $2.50 a cup. You?ll need to ask for a straw as they don?t handthem to you automatically.). It?s pretty clear they?re trying to cut costs and take short cuts where they can. (My grilledchicken today tasted frozen and thawed then cooked with a fair amount of gristle...). When I first tried this restaurant inValpo, it was amazing and since I live right here, I decided to try this location for my birthday lunch. Quality has definitelytaken a back seat and I hate to see it. Don?t come here if you?re hoping to have a relaxing meal or a calm lunch break. I?llprobably stick to the root squared restaurant from here on out. I am completely deaf in one ear and the music was too loud forme, imagine those who have normal hearing. Yikes. ***Side note: a table became available outside about the point my foodarrived so I was able to move outside. Soooo much nicer but there?s only four tables outside so it?s luck of the draw. No loudmusic and no flies interestingly enough though. One cup of Coke for $2.50... having been a cost accounting and analysis managerfor a major restaurant group, they are killing it with the soft drinks - on your dime. Just wouldn?t recommend this place as awhole. The food does not outweigh the experience overall. (Pictures of cup size for reference.) Read more
