By far the BEST popeyes location in all of northwest indiana! They always have great service, super fast, super friendly and... always have all items on the menu. All the other locations, Hammond, Griffith spots especially, take note of thislocation....this is how you do it! So far every single time I?ve been here they messed up or forgot something. today they forgot two large fries and biscuits and... gave me two small red beans and rices instead of a large. Food taste good but double check your orders they most likely forgotsomething. Read more
Everyone is helpful and the food is great. I have not had to wait long any of the times I've been. So really great. Hoping they... will keep this location staffed, clean and NOT allow the horrific, filth and lack of staff that was allowed at the one by theHobart/Merrillville mall. It's fastfood chicken. As the pantheon of chicken goes. It's on par with KFC. Bo Jangles has better biscuits. The red beans and... rice are better than many options at other restaurants. It is no Chick-fil-A, but it holds its own with the rest. Read more
It?s the best Popeyes in the area. Hope it stays that way. The one in Merrillville is complete utter, less than trash and the... one in Schererville is mediocre at best. Came to this one three times and it?s consistent and speed of getting your foodrelative to how crowded it is at each particular time is reasonable. No complaints. Read more
New store!! Went thru the drive thru. Under 5 minutes and order is correct hot and tasty
Everything was fresh, tasty, and exactly as ordered! Yes there was a line but it kept moving and the employees were cool as... cucumbers, polite and professional. We were blown away, having grown accustomed to that other location. We will be back! Itmight help if a menu sign could be placed farther back in the drive thru line; the print is too small to read on the screensuntil you are at the ordering microphone. Read more
Placed order online to be ready at 4:40pm and as soon as I placed order it said will be ready at 4:29. I placed order at 4:20... and got there 4:31. Takes me 5 min to get there from home when we got back food was cold, they forgot our biscuits and all thesauces. Food was good just wasn't even warm. KFC... Read more
