I'll never go back to this location because of the way I was treated. I ordered the pad thai with tofu, they charge $3.50 for... tofu and I got three chunks of tofu. I walked back up and I asked them why it was so expensive for three little pieces of tofu$3.50... really... ?They said it was by weight. When I showed her the three pieces, she said well they may have grabbed thewrong package. Instead of offering me some more tofu... Or to remake it... They were rude to me so I asked for my money back andI left. I'll go somewhere where they treat their customers with respect. Noodles & company is not like this at their otherlocations. This location needs to take some direction from their stores in Munster and Schererville. Those locations leave youfeeling like you've been hugged, & they say thank you. Went in to order food for my daughter while in town since we don't have one at home. Was told I could only order if I had exact... change or a card. How can you know what the total will be if you don't visit often?! I'm sure you could've given change for atotal of around $18! Read more

Love having this close to work and home. The quick order pickup window is the way to go. Order from the Noodles app, and your... order is usually ready for pickup in 10-13 minutes. By the time I get it to my home or office, its still very fresh and hotevery time. Keep up the great work Noodles CP Crew!! Read more
I'm sorry if I don't throw a lot of fanfair here but, it's noodles. They boil noodles and charge a premium for it. I like to... think it's the sauce, that they're really trying to sell because noodles are not exactly a culinary achievement to behold,especially when sold in a chain operation. The sauces are delicious but, I wouldn't say they're the best I've ever had. Thestore itself appears well maintained. The current staff never smiles but, they're never rude either. I would say this is anexpensive place to eat, considering what they sell. The portions are a bit small. Read more
The noodles and company that is now in Crown Point is new and the inside is very cold feeling, I do prefer the ones that are... more like a restaurant, that being said the food was really good, it came out quick, the service is awesome and I really enjoyedeverything. Read more
