I love Culver's so much. It feels like I never have to order the same thing twice! The mushroom Swiss burger never disappoints,... but their frozen custard is always so smooth and rich!! I love the online ordering, because I can take my time deciding,without feeling like I'm holding up the line. Read more
Extremely disappointing. I placed my order online at 6:43pm. My ticket said that the order should have been completed at 6:49pm.... Just enough time to drive there. We pulled into the spot and checked in. We waited 15 mins, then I asked the guy who wasdelivering the outside orders if my order was completed and he said they were making it. 8 mins later I asked do you have myorder to which his response was "they are busy". Meanwhile at least a dozen cars that went through the drive-true came and wentwith very few new people entering the restaurant. At 30 mins, 7:19pm, I went in myself, to which they found my order of icecream in the freezer, but it was half melted by the time I got it. It was very disappointing and the service was lackluster inthe staff. Thank you for your time. Read more
Food was good!... Extremely Over priced and food portions are small! I feel like I'm at a nursing home with the size of the... food!! $27 for two large combos!!!? Ridiculous!! Plus your still hungry afterwards!! I'll just go to McDonald's, Wendy's orBurger King. Cheaper and more food for the money! Read more
Great place to eat. Personally had folks with a few bad experiences and I have stayed away from eating here for a long time. I... usually just got the custard during the summer months, however I spent the day with my daughter and we ate at Culvers and had agreat experience as well as great food! Thanks for being a different type of fast food with your sit down table service andfriendly staff. Read more
I came in for lunch with my family. Unfortunately our experience was rather unpleasant. The person who took our order was great... and helpful but everything else was unpleasant. Dirty tables, no napkins, flat soda, unfriendly staff who brought our food andslid our food rather viciously on the table. As we're leaving the tables are still dirty and the line is moving rather slow.Very disappointing. Read more
Went to Culver?s and was very disappointed with my visit. I?m gonna start with my experience after I ordered. So after I ordered... I went to get ketchup and all the ketchup dispensers were empty, with no packets available to grab even. Then I start searchingfor my seat, and that was an adventure trying to find a table that was clean. Finally found one after atleast 5 different tries.Then my food comes and it was missing an item so I went up to counter to explain I was missing an item they gave it to me withno apology for the inconvenience. Then I start eating my shrimp basket and it has lemons on it and I discover the lemon had thesticker still on it, meaning in my eyes that it might not have been washed! (See pic). Then I finish my time at Culver?s and amready to leave and still no ketchup and tables that were dirty haven?t been touched!! Very disappointed, I thought with a newburger spot just opening across the street that they would have been at their best, I guess we live in a world now where nobodytakes pride in their job and their business!!! We love Culver?s Cod dinners. Tonite not so much. The bread they give you is soggy on the bottom cause it sits in lemon juice... from the lemons just tossed in.The breading on the fish comes off because it?s soggy sitting in lemon juice. I won?t totallycomplain about the fries because we had to drive home to eat but I feel like they didn?t come up hot when the fish did. Thecoleslaw is about a tablespoon full.If your not gonna fill it a little more then get a smaller container. Thanks for letting mevent cause these 2 dinners cost $30.00. Read more
