I understand yall are busy- but if I'm going to wait 20 minutes for just a drink, please atleast fill it up.
We placed an order at 9:15pm and was told there was a 15min wait. (Ok that?s not long) well 30 mins goes by, I said I?ll wait... another 10 they look pretty busy. 9:55pm I press the button to check my status, I was just told I?ll get it out to you asap.10:14pm I get my drinks and food. So I thought. My food was completely WRONG. I press the button to let them know it was wrong,the kid says, ?well I?m looking at my screen and your order is right? I say, ?your screen doesn?t match what?s in my car.) Iproceed to tell them what I have and they say oh ok. They come back ask for the food and say that?s someone else order here?syour order. Finally got my order, and guess what? Yes, you guessed it, my food was COLD. I look at the receipt and it saysREPRINT! I didn?t leave until 10:26pm. I?m so upset I wasn?t even hungry anymore. Been here once before and forgot why I don't come here. If you're out of things or shake machine is working or whatever let your... customers know before paying! And I am that person that return the same attitude given! I will drive a little further and stickto the Alsbury location. Read more
Waited an hour outside on the bench. They asked me more than 3 times what I got and I had to repeat myself quite alot and they... STILL got my order wrong. I ordered a number 10 and they gave me a chicken slinger after all that time waiting. Plus it didn'teven have anything but a buns and a piece of chicken. That place is a joke. Read more
Haven't been to any Sonic in a while. Tonight was the defiantly the last time. Wanted a Grilled chicken sandwich but Sonic has... removed them from the menu. So ordered the Chicken Slinger which was absolutely nasty. Also ordered the Grilled cheese doubleburger. It was swimming in buttered oil. It was SOAKED! it was defiantly not good at all. Whatever you do do not order their sauces jumbo popcorn chicken. They will give you 2 pieces of chicken and the rest is just... tiny pieces of breading. It truly is a scam.
