The lady I assume is the manager (she wasn't wearing a name tag) she wore glasses, a smart watch, an under armour black hat and... was very slim. So unpleasant and heavy on the attitude. Its 8/18/2022 at 8:05 pm. I usually am very easy going, but severaltimes during our ordering process. We only ordered 3 things. Missing items I ordered. I called over 5 imes and no one ever answered the phone. I drove back up there and they said that they... had already turned there fryers off and they refused to give me a refund. They wanted me to come back the next day when themanager was there. I was visiting friends and live over 21 miles from this Dairy Queen. I won't be coming back! Read more

The 2 young ladies busting their butts inside and the young man cooking in back??kudos. Those three employees obviously care... about customers, speed and quality of food and service. They worked hard for us, and we watched them work feverishly for allother customers. Polite and professional!! Read more
