This might not be much but I live close and I can?t believe u can come here and if u don?t cash yourself out u can?t buy... anything I paid for fuel and I left the food and other stuff he said he couldn?t cash me out ok well I don?t have to worry won?tbe back sad and second face I?ve never used that so no one should buy anything same for Walmart when I have to I won?t be thereagain! Waste of time paid 18 for parking. Got up next morning to lazy to clean showers. This is becoming a common problem at Pilots... it's going to take a lot of people refusing to fuel at pilot's. For me I found mudflap a good app for fuel discount 75 cent agallon up to a dollar 110 off a gallon. Read more
Why even have a truck stop without trucking amenities? Some of us like to wash our clothes so that we can get on with our shift.... Came to wash clothes and rest after...now I'm considering driving to another pilot to get what I need. I wish the rest stops hadwashing machines. I would not stop except to get fuel...your night staff is sorry as hell! She hurry up and says the washersare not working...I know she was lying and what is the maintenance on a washer and dryer? Foh!!! Formal complaint on BBB, WarrenBuffett and Jim Haslam about the services provided by their company (Berkshire Hathaway) will have to suffice. Had to pay for parking, then later when I went in to take a shower the night shift decided they didn't want to clean showers and... put up a sign saying showers will be under maintenance (being sprayed?) and will be available in the morning... probably whenthey won't be there! If they were my employees, they wouldn't have a job! The cleaning cart was placed to block the hall, andthere was not any work or "maintenance" actually being done! Read more
