First time at the restaurant. Great environment. Servers were all nice, positive, and helpful regarding menu selections. We had... the Shrimp Po Boy with tater tots and the Moose Philly Cheesesteak with fries. The Po Boy was stuffed with delicious shrimp on abed of shredded lettuce and tomato with their signature sauce all tucked in between a fresh hoagie roll. The tater tots werecrispy and an excellent compliment to the meal. The Moose Cheesesteak was also delicious and flavorful as well as the Frenchfries! We ate for under $25 with taxes and drinks! Definitely will be going back to try out the burgers and shakes! This is arestaurant that Tennessee can be proud of. Read more
In town visiting family and we stopped at the restaurant with the robots. My son's burger came out with a moldy bun! Highly... disappointed about that. The server apologized but we never saw a manager. They brought a new one and took $5 off the check. Therobots are a fun gimmick but the customer service is severely lacking. I ordered the smaller size chicken Philly with No peppers. So I received 1/2 a bun but the meat, onion, and mushrooms were... about 1/4 size. I found 3 peppers in it. It tasted good, my husband loved his Philly steak Read more
The manager/owner greeted me quickly and showed me my seating options. I later heard that same gentlemen cheering on his staff... and giving the encouragement to keep working hard. It was awesome to hear. My server was great with her recommendations andinteraction with me. I had the cheesesteak sandwich with onion rings. Food was really good and I will definitely go back. Our food was AMAZING!! ???? Our server was also super awesome (ask for Heaven if you go!!) There were 4 of us, but I only got... pictures of 2 of the meals: the Fried Chicken Platter & the Double Cheeseburger with the works. Other items we got were theShrimp Platter & another cheeseburger. We also ended up getting a couple orders of the Fried Pickles (my first timetrying...yummy!!). We also got desserts, a Brownie Sundae, a "Concrete" with cookie dough and a dish of the truly awesomeflavor of the day custard, which was an orange flavor...with marshmallows! I had high hopes for this place ???? first off they didn't have any ice cream, didn't tell us until AFTER we ordered, which is... kinda what hwy 55 is known for "burgers and custard" but then we get our food and with large meals get a small handful of fries?I'm not sure how our meals were classified as "larges" all of them had barley any fries. The only thing that was good was theburgers. Probably won't be going back, at least for a while. Was really bummed. Read more
Its ok. They really skimp on the toppings. My tomato was so thinly sliced that it was kinda comical. I paid $12 for a burger... with barely any toppings and about 4 oz of fries with no ketchup! You're a buger joint and you don't have ketchup? Milk shakeswere good though. I doubt I'll be back though. Just way too expensive. Read more
Great place for burgers and cheesesteaks. Both are freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The tater tots were pretty... average, but the onion rings were good - especially dipped in Hwy 55 Sauce. Finish off your meal with the frozen custard, Ipromise you won't be disappointed. Don't be frightened when the robot delivers your food! Read more
