Pleasant surprise!! There are 3 options that I am aware of in crossville for Asian cuisine. Two do not taste good, and one is as... close to Japanese food as one can get here. Ah Ma & Son is definitly a fusion style that mixes the best of Japanese, Thai, andChinese. The sauces are a smidge on the sweet side, but that is my opinion, as I prefer less sweet foods . I am not sure if younotice that all beef items at your typical Chinese place uses the same beef and has a very unique taste, that I do not like. I'mnot sure what it is, but I find it blah. I am thus relegated to eating chicken items. I am allergic to seafood so shrimp is outof the question. I ordered the Mongolian Beef. Here they use actual steak slices with a wonderful sauce!! The eggroll issubstantial with the filling tasting pretty darn good. The Thai tea was spot on!! We will be coming back for more. Finally!! Asolid Asian restaurant worth the price. Read more

food was DELICIOUS and filling. the environment was so nice and cute, and for 3 BIG meals and drinks it was just 43$, but it was... so good it was like a 100/10, and the girl at the register was very kind too. Vegetables come separately from the rice so if youhave a picky eater who doesnt like vegetables in their fried rice then you don?t have to worry about. First time diners. It's a counter order system and the staff brings your food to table. Friendly and efficient staff plus very... quick service. Had the chicken with udon noodles and vegetables. Also the tofu with vegetables. Entrees size was plentifuland well seasoned. A little light on the vegetables and slightly overcooked. Overall the food was good and the service waseffective. First time at this restaurant. The food was excellent. The establishment was very clean. The food was brought out very quickly.... We had the chicken pad Thai, just the right amount of warmth of spice. And the Asian spicy chicken lunch special, the chickenwas excellent and the veggies were just right!
