Picture small town America cafe and this place is prettt much it. The staff was friendly, the dining area clean, and the food... made to order. The crispy chicken sandwich was good, the fries seemed a little standard gfs steak fries. They would be better ifa little crisper and with some seasoning or twist. The chatter overheard with few locals and take out orders was about the hotdogs (with chili) and the meatloaf, guessing its well worth the try. I'd say this is the type of place you have to try manytimes to find your favorite item, and with the reasonable cost (<$9 lunch) that can be done. Will try again when in thearea. Food made to order and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Friendly and clean environment. Hotdogs were great but the... cheese fries were nothing special. Just fries with shredded cheese melted. My buddy and I tried this this for lunch and bothfelt pretty much the same about the food. As well, he posted a photo of their menu and gave a review below mine. Overall, agreat hole in the wall place. Will definitely be back to try different items on the menu. Read more
Customer Service: Very down to Earth, funny, and helpful. Food Cost: Average prices. Food Taste: I got 2 hot dogs with chili... cheese fries. Chili cheese fries were just whew "rough" to finish. Soggy and the meat wasn't the right consistency for thedish. Location: Only issue is parking. Read more
Not sure where the 5* reviews come from. This place is NEVER OPEN. I've lived in Cross Lanes for 12 years and can count on one... hand of where I've seen them open. The staff is very short & uninformative on their different sauces for their wings that wereaverage to say the least on the 2 times I've tried them over the years. My best advise would be to pass this place up, because aminute down the road is Brick Oven Bistro at T&M Meats that is hands down a better experience! Read more
