There's been a few times lately when I've walked in to a crowd of people waiting with food and drinks piled up on the counter,... none of them for the people waiting. I waited for over 40 minutes for my order (1 sandwich, 2 drinks) and when I asked how muchlonger my order would be I was told I had 9 people ahead of me. Again, the counter was completely full of unclaimed items withthe restaurant full of people. I understand that they had a rush going and don't blame the staff, but there's got to be a betterway to handle mobile, drive thru, and in-store orders. Read more
I love this Starbucks! The baristas are so welcoming to me. And then drive thru barista, Kiley Rea is so friendly and pleasant... that she makes the drive thru the happiest option! Read more

Geez I?ve ordered all week from here. And let me tell you, the food tastes good, nice and hot- (breakfast) and the drinks taste... different than other places I?ve tried and it?s the same thing I order everywhere. My most recent experience was okay. Definitely not the best. The staff was very friendly and welcoming so no complaints there.... I'm not sure how the prices compare with other places as I don't often go to coffee shops. I got a Pineapple Passion FruitLemonade. It was good, I enjoyed it. One of my biggest issues with Starbucks is that they don't have many sugar freesyrups/drink options. I know of many people that don't appreciate that there aren't many more sugar free options. Finally, thislocation doesn't have a warm feel to it. There used to be a coffee shop I'd go to when I was younger where some friends and Iwould hang out. This location just is not inviting enough to make it a place I'd regularly enjoy hanging out at. Read more

Yesterday morning I got an oatmeal and when I got to work I noticed the blue berries had mold on them and the nuts were missing... out of the bag. Not a big deal but for a $4 oatmeal I expected better lol. This morning I told them about my experience and notonly did they give me a free oatmeal to make up for the issue they also gave me a gift card equivalent to the cost of theoatmeal.
