I really dislike leaving bad reviews on any business but sometimes it helps the owner to get a grip and manage the business into... shape. Especially a place as well established as Papa John's. We stopped ordering from this location over a year ago and now onour second attempt to do business again. This particular establishment falls gravely short of accomplishing the task again. I donot want a kind soft hearted apology response to this as I will change it when the establishment has corrected its operatingdeficiencies. I mean seriously, hours to get a pizza? Where is management while this is happening? Absolutely frustrating. Wewouldn't have ordered again however we received a coupon as a result of the last poorly done order. As a note the coupon didn'twork ND that should have been enough for is to just go elsewhere but... we didn't. Now we sit here again, our mo is, unable tospeak to anyone at the store and.. hungry..lol. I guess I will use a competitor shortly or the next time we want pizza. Read more
DISGUSTING. First time ordering from this location and last time! Breadsticks were burnt and had a ton of pepper on it (aren't... they supposed to be garlic parmesan)? Way too much cheese on pizza and barely any toppings. It has been over and hour and canstill taste the nasty cheese. They can't cut a pizza here and way undercook it. Read more
I LOVE PAPA JOHN'S PIZZAS and I would give them a 5 star, except for the call center service they have right now..... it is... really, really bad!!! They really need to change services. Next time, I will call directly to the store, but I didn't know thatat the time. The flavor of the sauce is the best really! The pepperochino peppers that come in the pizza box are so delicious!They don't over cook the pizza like Dominos does. They did skimp on the chicken and spinach on my pizza, which I didn'tappreciate because the whole large size pizza only had 4 pieces of chicken, so several slices didn't have any. Seriously the worst pizza I?ve ever received. Should of saved my money and went and got a hot and ready. Couldn?t even eat it... and no one at the store wanted to help and couldn?t find a issue then sat on hold and they ignored my calls till they closed. Read more
We have stopped doing business with papa John's. Very inconsistent service. But what seem to be th new scam in pizza business is... charging for dipping sauces then not adding the actual sauce when delivering. Doesn't seem like much but it adds up. Homemadepizza is better anyway. Read more
Ruined 1/2 the pizza with this huge burn bubble. Looks like somebody wasn't doing their job and nobody else cared to inspect... before sending it out for delivery. I would have NEVER accepted this had I ordered carry out. Read more
Took two hours to get pizza and chicken poppers delivered. The New York style pizza was worse quality than a frozen store... bought. No chicken wings available so I went with the poppers that once again seemed like cheap store bought chicken nuggets. Icalled looking for my order and was given excuses and told on my next order I could get a discount. Sorry Papa John?s but notagain. Read more
