For my whole life it has never been this bad. Customer service was horrible. After the new set up it's got so bad, 1. I hate how... y'all took away Customer sauces, and 2. I stood at the counter trying to get someone's attention so I can some ketchup, a ladylooked at me 3 times and as soon as I was gonna ask her she looked away, she even walked up to the counter to say an order andwhen she was done I was about to ask but she walked away. Went to throw my trash away, trash cans sitting out with NO TRASHBAGS! I was already stressed enough that I threw my trash on a random table. A thing I promised that I'd never do! Now for thefood, the fries were straight up cold, and one star because this was the first time that the nuggets tasted fresh. The sweet teatasted like trash, never getting tea from their again. Did I have to give my McDonald's to Stars I go to this McDonalds everyday in order the same thing large caramel frappe extra... caramel and the top and on the bottom. Almost every time to get it right and they do a really good job at posted a picturebefore of a fabulous frappe. But this time this is what I got even after asking for more caramel the manager said no. What doyou buy the caramel that's what I want to know... Read more
Quite possibly the worst McDonalds in the Houston area. Understaffed food is usually bad you have to basically beg for ketchup... and a straw. Spoke to their customer service department and they said they never have anyone complain about that location. Iguess when you?re the only McDonalds in town you can afford to be the worst. Chick Fil A is coming soon thank god Bad serviceagain on 12/4/2022 it?s like they can?t even fry and order of fries.
