No matter what day it is their credit card machine is always down. All I had was a 100 bill. The employee said that they... couldn't break it they didn't have it. So I asked how long the credit card machine was down they said all day. I said, so youmean to tell me that all day you have only accepted cash for everyone's order and it's now going on 8pm and you don't have 68.00dollars in your register to give me back change for a 100. They said no. So I went to the ATM and withdrew 40.00 went back andgot home to burnt cold pizza. I rarely leave bad reviews but this is something that happens almost every time I visit thisestablishment. Read more
Took forever, nobody would even talk to us to let us know what was going on with everyone's order. 10 people inside waiting and... only 3 or 4 workers. And most of us ordered online over an hour ago. Read more
Ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered to the soccer fields for the team snack & the pizzas weren?t even CUT all the way properly.... They ALL RIPPED APART it was embarrassed handing out the pizza to each child, not to mention a total MESS. No one carries apizza cutter to the park! Read more
Sanitary practices back in the kitchen could be improved upon but other than that for a little C's this location actually... hustles and is regularly busy. Food is what you've come to expect from this establishment consistently and they usually alwayshave a few hot-n-ready pizzas ready to go..even when they're slammed. Oh they did remove all of their seating though so itsstanding room only which can be annoying...otherwise it's a great little C's! Read more
It was an absolutely horrible experience the manager was just sitting down and on their phone doing nothing. I stepped up to the... cashier to pay and the person taking my order was so incompetent, they kept changing the price. All I wanted was a hot N readywith some wings and a drink and the person tells me the total is 40 dollars so I literally had to explain to them that they werecharging too much several times before they realized they had made in error while putting in my order. Customer service at thislocation is horrendous to say the least and the manager who was there sitting down on their phone was of no help at all. Theoverall experience in this place was subpar and I've worked in the food industry, I understand how customers can be rude for noreason but this people seriously lack common sense. Read more
Pizza portal worked great. But the pizza wasnt cooked. It was gross. Doughy. Lifted up cheese to see raw pizza dough!!
I placed an app order, and asked for 2 crazy combos, when I opened the bag the breadsticks were smaller than my hand in length... and some of them we're about the size of a pretzel stick in width. The employees were also very disappointing, i had to call onthem about 3x's before i was acknowledged! Also they have no dessert at the store. Call to place order waited on the hold for over 35 minutes. Got to the store while still on hold and waited in the store still... on hold only to be told that it is a 45 min wait for a hot and ready. Ask the employee is see the phone works but no one knowhow to pick it up. Now we I will have to wait an additional 45 min for my pizza since they can?t afford to have someone operatethe phone for paying customers. This is a prime example of poor customer service. Read more
