Horrible service. I waited at the he window. I could see my order was ready but instead of giving me my order they just... continued to put other orders together. Waited over 5 minutes. We went through drive through late afternoon. The women that took our order was extremely rude and the young man at the second... window would not have spoken a word had I not had to ask him a question about our sodas. Read more
This particular visit was in the evening, after a long stressful day! Our order was incorrect. Our beverage size was incorrect.... We didn't get what we paid for. We got less. THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME I CHOOSE TO GO IN THE EVENINGS. Poor service. Poorquality of food and beverages. No hospitality. No customer service. No thank you by employees. No one is ever happy. Cold, rawfrench fries. No napkins. No receipt. I was at a hotel for the night with three family members. Closed by the time I could goback and get what I paid for. And well...fully cooked food. Another time, same female manager-- gave me the wrong size frappes(added espresso). Again, less than what I paid for. When I went into the lobby from the drive thru to ask for the correct sizeand what I paid for, she told me it would be an hour as they jus started cleaning it. And stood there STARING AT ME with four orfive employees, NOT SAYING A WORD TO ME. I had to ASK HER how to correct it at that time as I couldn't come back in an hour toget what I paid for. She didn't offer me a refund. She didn't offer to refund part of the amount back. I had to ASK HER to payme back the difference-- I paid for two larges, received two smaller ones. She did end up refunding the entire amount. Lack ofcommunication. Lack of customer service. Lack of teamwork. Lack of knowledge. Lack of readiness. Lack of help. Lack ofhappiness. My family and I REALLY enjoy the morning and lunch staff! They are a team and rock it out each and every single day.The managers on these shifts are GREAT. And it reflects on their team! We never have issues with our frappes. We never havecustomer service issues. Our food is always cooked thoroughly. They are friendly and courteous. We get receipts. We get napkins.We get what we paid for. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please HELP your night staff. They deserve a better leader and a better workenvironment! Read more
