My sandwich was terrible I asked for tuna on wheat they gave me a white roll and tuna was on half of the bread really not even... half. We paid at the drive thru and then someone else did we pay. Ugh Read more
One car in front of me and nobody inside the store but I was told it would take 25-30min for sandwich at 11:30AM *Sunday*. This... is unacceptable!! Was told it was due back up orders?!?! If you like waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with only one car in front of you this is the place to go! Not freaky... fast sandwiches, freaky slow sandwiches. No wonder this place is always dead. Good luck! Read more
I had a weird experience, the order taker seemed judgemental about wanting no bread and extra pickles. It didnt really register... in his mind for some reason. I dont care about being judged for slightly customized orders, but you need to attempt to get itright. Then they totally botched my order. Many missing ingredients and not a good product. If I'm spending 30 dollars I guess Iexpect more. I could call and tell them about the multiple mess ups, but it's easier to just never go back. Highly recommendgoing elsewhere. Read more
Jimmy John's sandwiches are still distinctive and delicious. The food would rate 5 stars. Unfortunately, staffing shortages have... seriously impacted their reputation for speed of delivery. I waited 28 minutes for my sandwich, watching the small staffprepare over 60 sandwiches for web orders. I would have left without my sandwich if I hasn't already paid for it. Servicerated one star. Places a delivery order on the website and waited 45 minutes. Called to check on the order and was told the delivery driver was... a no call no show so they only had one driver who was currently out on a different delivery. I asked for an estimate and theysaid 10-15 minutes until the driver comes to the store to get my order. I ended up just driving there and picking it up myselfthrough the drive through. I should have collected on my own delivery fee. I understand if there's a no call no show situation,however my order had my name and email and phone number and yet there was no communication or anything done to rectify thesituation other than me paying extra to retrieve my own order.
