New location, service was okay, coffee still the best. Need to get the technology issues figured out.
I go thru the drive thru only, but the line normally moves fast, and food is good.
Went at 6:50 pm for ice cream, waited 8 minutes in the drive thru line (2 cars ahead of us) since the doors were locked. Car... ahead of us ordered two scoops of ice cream - we could tell because they left the order up - when we asked for our ice cream thegirl said ?our ice cream is closed for cleaning? and then when pressed she said ?we always close the ice cream at 7:30?I mean7?. Ordered via Dunkin App. Walked in to store 2 min later and coffee was ready. There were plenty of Donuts and other baked goods... remaining at 11:00 a.m. (I was returning from getting dental work so I only bought coffee). Read more

Always makes my frozen coffee with ONE pump of mocha wrong. The drink on the left is what I received. The three Dunkin?s in this... area all mess my order up in this way often. It's been awhile since I last visited this location. I went in to get their Pralines and Cream and decided to also buy a pint of... Cookies and Cream. The manager, for no apparent reason or explanation, denied my request to purchase a second pint of icecream. I will not be returning. Read more
Their blenders are broken when the younger workers are working. Management needs to work on this! Visit aleast 5 times a week.
