Smoothies are always delicious but there is one staff member who is always very rude. She seems annoyed to be taking your order.
I ordered on line not for the first time the same smoothie I always do for me & my boys, this time the taste was really bad at... my son dark chocolate banana smoothie, it was unbearable even I tasted it. Mine & my other son vegan mix berry was watery taste& we I asked one of the girl at the store to check it,she responded that the only thing she can do is making the order all overagain ,but IT WILL BE SAME TASTE , or I can get a refund,!!! When I asked for a refund she told me she can do it at the store &I need to call 1-800 number, I have called & waited on line for an hour with no one answered & I think I could waitforever & still no one would answer. Also emailed you guy's yesterday to the email you provided to everyone for complaints &still waiting for an answer. Read more
i visit this store frequent because i live in area.today as i walked in the store 3 customers were in store being serviced and i... heard one worker tell the other these strawberry extremes are watery as she poured them for the customers in front of me. shethen attempted to pour me one out of the same blender and i refused the smoothie stating it was too watery.. The workerattempted to pour the same smoothie back in blender and add ice?i asked for a brand new smoothie the worker then stated i amnot making anything over u can get a refund. she began to scream and come around the counter as if she is going to fight mecalling vulgar language. There is never any supervision in store the gentleman are usually under influence of marijuana for thestore to be located in this area it is not acceptable behavior. Read more

This location has a young woman that works the morning shift as a manager. She has the worst attitude and very rude all because... I ordered a smoothie that I didn?t realize had sugar in it. She was rude to me but also rude to the young man whom was herco-worker. She kicked the door or either hit the door when I asked for my money back I recommend the young man to be a managerusually when I walk into this location after work he is normally working.
