The food was okay. The service was offensive. I was in the store earlier with my two daughters. We ordered and received our... food, but our milkshake was forgotten. The pleasant employee who rang us up was gone. I stood at the counter for a long timewithout being acknowledged by the owner/manager, who was literally right in front of me. Finally, a younger employee helped me.She spoke with the owner, then she made the milkshake and brought it to me. She asked if I was going to pay for it. I explained,again, that I already had, and that the shake was forgotten. Then my daughter spilled a miniscule amount of water on the floor.It was no more than 1/4 of a cup. I cleaned it with napkins, but I heard a different employee complain that my daughter had"just spilled soda all over the floor." A different manager came over and joked with my daughters about spilling soda. Iexplained that it was just a little water and that I had already cleaned most of it. Then a grumpy employee came over with a mopand mopped the mostly dry floor. It was just weird and bad service all around. We definitely won't be back. Read more
I used to love Quiznos because of the toasty subs, and when the final Quiznos closed near me I tried Potbelly's. Best decision... ever!!! I am a fan of the Italian sub with a cup of chili. Each time I am there they are friendly and quick. Read more
This is the Avocado they put on my sandwich. I like this place, I?m sure I?ll eat here again but this was a disappointment.

Today was my 1st time eating here. And the guy there. A taller light skined black man was really cool and gave me some good... suggestions. The food was awesome. Toasted just right. I had a Roast Beef and Bacon 6inch. I will definitely stop by again whenim in the area. Awesome Job! Read more
Great food. Atmosphere laid back. Cool inside for the summer weather. Had the Mediterranean with hot peppers and a cup of pot... pie soup finished off with the cold brew milkshake. The sandwich was everything I hoped it would be, crusty bread, fresh tangyingredients, creamy hummus. The soup was better than some others of the same kind. Nice buttery crust, veggies all the samesize, chicken every bite really nice. Finally the milkshake, I don't usually take cream and sugar with my coffee. The manager, Rob, and assistant manager, Gene were extremely professional and wonderful. We had issues picking our online order... up due to family issues, and they were gracious enough to replace our order that we were unable to pick up. They are the truedefinition of customer service.
