It is okay. Food is quick and hot. Good when you need something fast that is not "Fast" food. For gluten-free free eating it... is limited. Like the Taters. Read more

1 hour for food to be served, piece of paper in my sandwich, spoon not washed. Go anywhere else.

Foods great. The employees move with the swiftness of a sedated sloth. Maybe get that online ordering working during lunch time.... You are a big enough company I shouldn't have to choose Panera because you have unmotivated employees Read more

I typically like McAlister's Deli food, atmosphere, and service...not at this particular one though! We waited over 15 minutes... to give our order, even though there was no wait in front of us. Then once we were waited on, the young man who took our orderwas one of the most unpleasant individuals I've encountered!! Finally, to top it off, we had part of our meal left off! We choseto eat at McAlister's Deli bc we were visiting from our of state, had been sightseeing all day & were too tired & too hungry topick a new place to try & knew that we all liked McAlister's. Well, this one was a flop! Read more

It is different, at least when I went, my order came out wrong( no big) I sent it back. The vibe was kinda blah like no one... smiled or seemed happy, inside had an unpleasant odor in which a nother customer agreed. The taste of the food was just notmemorable for me, it felt like I could have just made the sandwich at home or bought it from the gas station a few buckscheaper. But do your thing Mc Al. Read more

The staff was friendly, however, it was disappointing to come in and want my favorite soup and be told this location doesn?t do... chicken and dumpling. The menu should be consistent across all locations. I went in ready to spend a good amount money because Ihad surgery and can only eat soup and left disappointed with a soup that isn?t something I?d typically order. Read more

This is consistently a disappointing experience. It is now worth the drive to find a different location. This location is either... severely understaffed or these employees need more training. If you call to make an order, you wait 15 minutes on hold. Thenyou?re told your order will be done in 20 minutes. Then you wait at least 10 minutes over the predicted time for a very simpleorder- one sandwich and a cup of soup. To make matters worse, when you finally get you?re food, they don?t take the cheese offor remember the pickle they specifically asked if you wanted. I?ve had better experiences than this at other locations. Don?twaste your time coming here. If this happened once in a while, fine. At this point, me continuing to come is shame on me becausethis situation continues to happen again and again. Read more

I placed an order at 11:30 When I got there the order wasn't ready. So I was just standing there at the counter nobody... approached me so finally I asked somebody to check on my order. They started looking forward in everything. There was no ordernor had the order been started. No Did the order not save and their system they said. When the manager walked up and wasstanding like one foot away from me he didn't even speak or apologize or anything for the fact that my order had not even beenstarted which I was taking to one of my accounts for lunch today. I used to use Mcallister's a lot especially when I was inAlabama but this is why I stopped because of the inconsistencies and the messing up the orders and leaving stuff out. My lasttime Read more
