Their store hours have changed, and there is no notification on the door. That?s fine, but I would have preferred a team member... to come to the door to inform me that they were closed. Instead, they all watched me from the inside while I figured thesituation out on my own. That?s so rude, but eventually a young man did come to the door and inform me of their new hours.. thatone star was for him!! Lol because that really hurt my feelings that people could be so rude. I placed an order on the Jimmy Johns app and in less than 2 minutes I received a phone call from jimmy John employee asking if... there?s a reason I chose to not add a tip. I had planned on a cash tip. But after being questioned & literally asked to give atip I had them add it to my bill. How completely classless of them!! I called to check where the... order was after 40 minutes and they said the driver had to take a call and was running late. Won?t be ordering from thislocation again.
