It was a hot summer night. We came over for some ice cream treat. There was a long line. The service was slow. We waited for 30... minutes before getting our ice cream. The menu was a little confuse. You can have a choice of small, medium and large with$4.75, $5.75 and $6.50. You can have one flavor with one free mix-in. There will be additional 50 cents for additional mix-in.There will be additional charge from $.5 to $2.25 for different bowl or cone. It will add up quite a bit if you choose a lot ofmix-in and different bowl or cone. They did mix my ice cream in front of us. The ice cream was tasty but a little bit pricy. Read more
I've had one too many bad experiences through their delivery service online. This is the second time they didn't get my order... right. The first time I didn't say anything but it's hard to understand how anyone can't follow simple instructions. I askedfor chocolate chip cookies and got cookie dough. There was little to no brownies in it at all. I basically paid for vanilla icecream that I could have gotten from the grocery store for a lot cheaper. I won't be ordering from here again . Read more
This location Cold stone has my heart , one time they got my order wrong and when I told them , they didn?t hesitate and remade... it with in one minute even though there is huge line . I called the store on a Friday afternoon after our son told us out of the blue he wanted a Lightning McQueen cake for his... birthday in 2 days. I looked online and found Cold Stone had one listed. I wasn't sure if they'd be able to do this with suchshort notice. I called the store and Abby answered and said she wasn't sure if they'd be able to get it done by Sunday but shewould call the owner and see what he said. Abby was very pleasant and very helpful. Within 30 minutes I got a call from Kevin,the owner/manager I believe, and he said they really wanted to help us out and get it done. He had already looked online andfound the cake topper that I could order and said I would be able to get it quicker than he could through his supplier. He saidthey would make the cake and it'd be ready by Sunday and then I can put the cars on the top myself (which was super easy and Iwas totally fine with). I picked up the cake and it was perfect and we really enjoyed it. The employee that was there at thetime was super friendly and helpful as well. This was my first time ordering a cake from Cold Stone and the experience couldn'thave been better. I wasn't expecting this to get done with our very late notice to them but it was incredible how they calledme right away and said they wanted to do everything they could to get it done for me. We will definitely get another cake fromthem soon and appreciate the great customer service they provided. Read more
Chain ice creamery, but I gotta say -- great tasting. They mix your ingredients right before your eyes on a cold stone slab.... Nice outside patio is super for hot summer days. Read more
