I live in close proximity of this McDonald's and my family and I used to love eating from here. At some point this place took a... shift in the wrong direction and I CANNOT recommend this place anymore. In the past when you ordered from here you got hot freshfood, a smile on the server's face and an overall satisfaction from coming to eat here. Now you get warm food at best and theemployees don't smile at all, I can live with that because we don't come for that but it's not a good feeling when you spendyour money at an establishment these days and you get poor service. This McDonalds used to have the best and I do mean the bestfries, well not anymore, they're always warm and hard. That is extremely disappointing. There is a young man that works in themornings that takes your money at the first window and he doesn't like to open the window and extend his arm to give you yourcard or change back, it's extremely rude. But back to the food, everything used to be really good especially the fries. We wereso happy to live in close proximity because it was really nice to be able to get fast food that was prepared fresh and hot. Soin closing if you're in need of a quick bite and you're in the area, I'd suggest you find something else. At a time wheneverything has went up in price, I'm not going to continue to spend my money at an establishment with bad food and poor service. Read more
So I ordered a double burger from this place. I asked for no onions. I ordered this from Doordash but it still came from this... place. Here's my issue.. This is 2 picture side by side. I scrapped the onions off and you can clearly see the mound of onionson the plate when I said no onions. I feel that the person that did the order put extra extra onions just to be rude.. To methis is uncalled for.. Plus not only that I ask for no onions on a triple cheese burger. Same thing. No onions. I also asked forno pickles and I got pickles and onions on that as well. Sometimes you just have to eat something... anything quickly and close by. Very disappointed with McDonald's not adding new... things to the menu and the quality and taste has gone down hill. Read more
I am a retired GM. I have come to this location 3 times (My number 1 McDonald's) between 11pm-3am and I've been impressed. I... reside in Hobart, Indiana and this will be the only McDonald's I go to. Beyond satisfied with this location. Great job nightcrew Read more

We ordered sandwiches and a large fries, but we got medium fries in a large container. Didn't realized til got home.Tried... calling but no answer. Hopefully it's a one time incident otherwise we'll get our fries elsewhere. $3.59 is expensive enoughthen you only get half the order. Read more
Should be -5 stars. Save your time and don?t go here. Their number doesn?t even work. Disgusted. My order was wrong, I ordered... the sweetie meal and didn?t get any chicken nuggets, the soda was flat, my kids happy meal was missing a nugget, he didn?t getranch, the fries were gross and tasted old. The fact that my boyfriend had to wait 20 minutes for some food and not receive anything is beyond me, whoever the manager at... this location is doesn?t have a clue how to run a store! Don?t pull someone if they only have two things in the order or if youare make sure you have the right staff to run things out for the customers.
