This particular location is our go to simply for the wonderful service; they don't come much better than Taylor* This young... lady is tremendous at her job; this evening she took wonderful care of my Mom & Me. This is my go to location but this time I was annoyed because our food was cold when it came out and I spoke to the mgr abt it... all she offered was an apology. No replacement, no discount, no dessert, nothing. The waitress that we had was excellent andtried very hard to please us and DID! I reached out to corporate though, just waiting for a response. Was looking forward to a evening to a great evening out with my family at this restaurant. If I could turn back time, I would... and would go to another restaurant. Where to begin? First and foremost, the place is clean. That was impressive and probably theonly thing during our time there. The waiter as a person was fine. Service was horrible, if you want to call it service. Waitedover 45 minutes for our food after we had placed our order. When our food did come out, it was lukewarm and not appealing. Itwasn’t great.. it wasn’t good either.. just OK. When we had asked for our check, we were informed that you would get areceipt once you had processed your credit card on the restaurants tablet that was on the table. What I wanted to see was if thereceipt had the time when the order was placed. It does not. Took my concerns to the manager on duty. Bad mistake. Apparently Ihad interrupted her dinner as she had came out from the back still eating. As I informed the manager on duty of the servicefailure, she kept finishing eating there in front of me and my family. I was appalled. I had just spent over $150.00 for thethree of us. Once she had finished eating, she apologized for the poor service and had blamed it on the lack of staff and thepromotion of endless shrimp. Asked if she had looked around … there was only seven tables at the time we were having thisconversation. She then apologized again and gave us a $10 gift card for our next visit. This could've been much better, however,it was very obvious she did not care. I heard the Lindbergh location is much better than this one. I should have gone there orKrab Kingz down the street. Won’t be returning to this restaurant ever again. I always looked forward to coming here, however,between the service, the lukewarm food, and the manager eating in front of me, just don’t do any justice for me to return. Read more

My daughter and I had lunch there during a bad storm outside. We dined at the Red ???? Lobster on Watson Rd in Crestwood. The... ambience was nice and the food was fresh. I will be dinning there again. The waitress was nice and came by often asking if weneeded anything. I am Red Lobster ???? fan!!!!! Read more

Our entire visit was very nice. The host and hostess up front were very nice and were quick to get us seated after the guys... used the facilities, which, I'm happy to say, were CLEAN! Our server was a very sweet girl who was on top of drinks and makingsure we were happy. My ONLY complaint is that for the price we paid, the lobster tail fell a bit ... *short*. I don't feel thatshould be a negative mark on the restaurant however, because they can't help the size of those. The lobster tank as always wasfun to watch!! I've loved that thing since I was a little myself! Read more
