This restaurant used to be all around incredible. However as of late the food, excluding the sushi, has been poorly cooked.... Chicken is bland, the steamed rice has too much water in it, and the vegetables are in small portion for the price. Read more
The food and service was fantastic. It was very busy and our server was extremely kind and hard working. The food was, as usual,... great! The only thing to complain about was a group next to us, a guy named David or something who kept complaining at everylittle inconvience. They were obviously super busy and the wait was no more than an hour, I felt so bad for their server, keepup the good work guys! Read more
Great food. The place has gone to (something) with regard to service. Our server simply disappeared tonight. We were there 2.5... hours! Food took forever. It was good when we finally got it, but wow. Had to wait two hours to get it. We constantly had to getup and get someone to help us, get the rest of our orders, get a check. The service was some of the worst that I?ve had anywherein a long time. We will not be going back. But? neither did our server! Lol. Read more
You can't beat the freshness and quality of the food. I'd put this sushi up against any around Louisville. 7-17-20 Damn, love... this place for sushi. Been going since they opened and have no reason to stop, only wish I lived closer so I could go more. Read more

Delicious! We ordered five sushi rolls (4 that were specialty) and loved every single one. We've been to many sushi restaurants... and typically enjoy them but I can't recall when we've ever thought we'd order every roll again. They were Cardinal, Cooper 2,Lagrange and Red Bull. Read more
The teriyaki chicken was average but nothing to die for. I've had better fried rice but I've definitely had a lot worse. The... vegetables that came with the dish were undercooked and lacking flavor. We tried this sushi place because it was closer to where we live. The service was good but the food was not. I'd highly... recommend taking the extra time to travel to Sake Blue for good service and consistently great food. You'd be doing yourself afavor. Read more
