Friendly greeting upon entering the establishment at 7:30 a.m.. Several staff members visible waiting to help. Maria was my... family's waitress; kind, helpful with my questions of food recommendations. I loved seeing and smelling pails of boiling waterand cleaner being used to sanitize. This IHOP has been one of the better ones I've been in within the past years. The service I had was great. She was very kind and... efficient. The food came out very quickly. Just as soon as we ordered the appetizer the food was there too. Not a long wait atall and food was actually good. I would recommend any one the area or passing by whose looking for a good bite to stop by. Themenu is also updated so its more than just pancakes there as well. Read more

I?m sorry but lots of things just added up. 1. Watched server in corner on phone for a five minutes until he looked up and... noticed me. 2. Waited awhile?waited more for a glass of water. I drank it right away and never got refilled. 3. Little meatand veggies, giant cake of egg, and lots of uncooked hashbrowns. Eggs are slightly better than hotel powdered eggs. 4. Lefthungry and thirsty and out $12. I used to go to a diner and have leftovers. Now its difficult to get a quality egg and the hashactually browned. Do not go here find somewhere else and drive further if you have to. Read more

Ordered the new Lemon Ricotta Crepes via Uber Eats and this location thinks this is acceptable to send out. This is supposed to... come with 2 crepes, lemon ricotta on the inside and on top, and blueberries. These people sent us 1 crepe with some blueberriesthrown on top. This specific IHOP location is trash and should just be shut down. There is always an issue with the food fromthem or something missing. Read more
