First they didn't make my latte correct when I asked for whipped cream they put the cinnamon and sugar instead of Caramel... drizzle on top of the whipped cream WTH ???????????. Then I didn't get a straw I ended up getting out my car after going throughdrive thru to get a straw. Also I didn't get napkins in my bag and four jelly's for one sandwich. Also I never got a receiptafter asking twice. So disappointed bet I will follow my first mind next time and go to Starbucks. Read more
