I stayed at the hotel across the street. Fast, friendly service. Clean bathrooms. I would eat here again
i was not able to snap a picture of it but we have never been to this whataburger before so we thought we should give it a try .... We ordered two patty melt meals as usual , i started to bit into mine had taken three bites and my stomach started turning and ithought that was weird but kept eating on the fourth bite i looked at it and it was pink. which being me i always look at myfood but didn?t think to last night being to i was so hungry . We had told one of the employees and they gave us a refund and awhole new meal for both of us . My ole man had ate his first burger since it was not pink and saved the other to eat later , mysecond one wasn?t pink . He then started eating on it today and notice it was pink so not only was my first burger pink thesecond meal we had gotten his burger was pink to . The employee we had spoken with kinda had a bad attitude but we ignored itsince the fact our food was pink and it was there job to cook it . Whataburger do better , speak with your employees and tellthem to make sure the customers food isn?t being undercooked . Stopped by driving through to another area of Florida. Good burgers but the total order was over $30. No napkins put in the bag... nor any ketchup offered. Won't be stopping there otw back through. Read more
We stopped to try their banana pudding shakes. They were AWESOME! Service was great. We seen while we were waiting on our food... that their ice dispenser was not putting out ice and as soon as they were told they got right to it and fixed the problem. Theline kept moving while we were there and people didn't have to wait too long for their food to be cooked and taken right totheir tables or right to them standing and waiting to leave. If I could give no stars or negative I would. An online order that was supposed to be ready took an hour to pick up. Simply... because this location?s drive through was that inefficient. It?s called fast food, if you can?t deal with the lunch rush, youshouldn?t be in fast food. The manager has a lot of work ahead if they feel like fixing this issue. Read more
1st time here! Person taking order in drive thru was courteous and helpful.. There was a wait but definitely worth it. Ordered a... patty melt with lettuce and tomato, onion rings and a Dr Pepper shake. OMG! My food was so good! The patty melt was hot, freshand seasoned just right. My onion rings had a light, thin, crispy batter just the way I like them, they were perfect. And the DrPepper shake I couldn't stop sipping it. Definitely go here. Read more
Waited in drive through line for 40 minutes. Thought..ok waiting this long will insure I have hot, fresh food. Not so.... Fries..cold. ordered burger extra pickles, add cheese(not sure why Whataburger doesn't have a cheeseburger). Burger was lukwarmat best. Cheese hard. 10 pickles piled up on one side. You can keep it.
