We order our food online. Got there waited in drive thru line for 45 minutes got to the speaker for the gentlemen say they... couldn?t make our food so I ask for a full refund, he then came back and said they was out of fries and they could give us chiliwe said ok so we pulled to the window and sat there for another 45minutes to get our food. The young man taking our order was distracted and looking out in the dining room. The order was incorrect, french fries were... cold and the chicken nuggets were tough. When glancing around the restaurant, it was dirty and floor was sticky. The only goodthing was they had the Chocolate Frosty. No vanilla or strawberry. I will not return to this Wendy's. Thank you for the napkins in my bag! These days when I go through a drive-through they never put napkins in the bag. The only... downside to this breakfast meal was the bacon. 30+ minute drive-through wait times. DON'T DO IT. I'm not sure how this is even possible, but if you read the other reviews... they all say the same thing. I visited Sunday 7/31 at 6pm. Only 3 cars were in front of me. First car took 15 minutes to gettheir food (who knows how long they were sitting there before I pulled up). I waited in the line so long because I was the nextto order (surely it wasn't going to take longer, right?) I waited another 5-10 minutes while the 2nd car was just sitting at thewindow. I eventually just drove away. I hope regional management catches on soon because it doesn't look like the local GM ishandling their restaurant properly. This place is a joke. Hard pass. Read more

It was about an hr before closing when I arrived. There was a very long drive through line which took about 30 mins to get... through. But I can understand they were one of the only places to eat still open. Everything was great except the Baconator Ihad been craving all evening. When I got home I opened it up and took a bite and tasted no bacon. Puzzled I separated the bunfrom the meat and was in shock when I found 2 tiny strips of bacon ???? on it. I went from excited to it will do in no time.Where's the bacon I know where the beef is. How could any red blooded American stick 2 tiny straps of bacon on a sandwich that'snamed after bacon? Idiots? Went there two months ago and rated it one star. Thought I'd try it again tonight. Still one star!!!!( should be no... star) Picture of the new and improved chicken sandwich. NOT very improved!!
