Usually an ok place, but we got there at 10:16 (they open at 10am) and waited for a while for them to open the door. When they... didn't open the door we went to the drive through. Bahama mama is the best drink in my opinion, well blended, fresh and tasty ????

Took 40 minutes today to get 4 smoothies and lunches. In the end, the people making the food had NO clue what they were doing.... None. They could not even make a kids grilled cheese. They made a quesadilla, twice? which is fine, if your 2 yr old would eat atortilla. I ordered hummus wrap. They made a bowl. Sent it back. I didn?t want 2 ingredients, so I got it minus 5. I then askedfor a refund for the wrap, they did the whole order and then I had to be recharged for the rest. So now in 3 days I?ll get myrefund, but they got 2x the $. The only saving Grace was the girl working the window and front. She needs a raise. And they needhelp. The lobby was packed, we were far from the only ones waiting. Order a smoothie and a Baja wrap. The smoothie was alright, but they gave me a Buffalo chicken wrap, I corrected them and they... claimed to fix it, they gave me the supposed Baja wrap and gave me the other as well with mo extra charge, got home unwrappedthem, they were both Buffalo chicken wraps, not going there again. The smoothie was fire and so was my food. The only problem was...was that there wasn't enough staff. There was only 2 polite... young ladies working and with it getting as busy as it was with the drive thru, call-in orders and the front...I think thereshould have been more staff on duty. You gotta try the Mango Magic or Bilmey Limey. Really good smoothies. Customer service was good too. I wasn't sure how to use... the app and the employee was knowledgeable on how to use it. She even gave me a coupon from my email to use with purchase. Read more
