Ordered on the app and within minutes of placing order got a call that they were out of meat balls. Since we had ordered three... of them, it was an issue. We ordered substitutes and they took care of us. We go to Firehouse at least every two weeks andvery seldom have a complaint. Read more
This restaurant is located in the Publix shopping Plaza on South Ferdon St. and is open from 10am to 5pm. The restaurant is... clean, the food was fresh and hot and the staff was friendly and professional. Read more
Walked in at 8pm on Saturday night 7-30-22 and the workers look like I can?t believe you are in here. I double checked the time... they were open till on the door and online and it said 9pm, so I ordered and the manager took my order, she was not pleasant. We sat down and waited for the food, the manager was stocking chips and the others were playing and throwing cheese. Ireceived the worst sandwich I have ever gotten at a Firehouse. Other people walked in and ordered they received the same, Iwish you were not here attitude. They started turning the lights out at 8:30, took the tea away and started cleaning, at 8:35they locked the door. They turned away several customers they came to the door at 8:45. Always been one of my favorite sandwich shops. Consistently good food and good service. They even helped me out once by selling... me a side of grilled chicken when my girl's $18.00 salad from a fancy sit-down place came without the chicken. Read more
Even later in the evening, sub sandwiches are fresh, the location has clean tables and the staff is very good about timely... service, keeping up with their responsibilities and also prepping for the next day. Had the medium size hook and ladder sub,which is always tasty, correctly warm and loaded with veggies. Also enjoy the coke machine with all the choices too. Read more
Yay! I just found out Firehouse has gluten free buns! Now I can eat all their wonderful sandwiches! Had an Engineer today. Sure,... GF bread isn't near as good as the real thing, but I'll take what I can get. It's always good to see more GF options. Read more
