Had the lovely experience of stopping here just trying to get some coffee. Listened to the workers there talk about their homie... Big T and how they were all tired of their relationships they were in. They had no donuts made and literally we're not makingany Just leaning on machines and talking . The biggest issue I had is I was the only one there and there was no one in thetakeout line in their car. But who can blame these kids? They're getting paid nothing. On top of that The manager wasn't thereand no one cared or would even ring me up. It was pretty amazing. I'm from the panhandle and I completely get the Crestviewbusiness vibe. Idk what the hate is about. The ladies working today were amazing. Polite and triple checked our stuff. Plus it was amazing.... I've been to a lot of places and the customer service today was amazing. Plus the ladies were so happy and welcoming. I'mimpressed. Read more
So I?ve never had a bad experience here. Always delicious and good service. This morning they gave me the wrong drink because... they had several new people working. I called and they promised to replace it next time I came in. Took down my name andeverything. Great customer service!! Read more
We were very confused after going here. We sat in the drive thru for 5 mins if not more just to be told they had no donuts or... breakfast sandwiches. Why were not told that instead of being told they'll be right with us. They basically selling drinks! Read more
Worst donut shop I have ever been to. Went to store at 10:30 am and they had very little to offer for donuts. They were out of... everything except specialty donuts like creme filled and sprinkled. No glazed, donut holes, etc?at 10:30 in the morning? Read more
We were traveling and always get Dunkin? donuts. This place is just a joke. At 9am they?re out of just about everything. The... three donuts we got tasted about 3 days old. They put Disabled person behind the register(not to discriminate but they usuallyneed help) even after another person asked us again what we we?re getting they got our order wrong. The store is dirty, falling into disrepair, severely understaffed, and always running out of everything by 9 AM. There are... multiple ceiling tiles caked in dust. They are so understaffed it appears that their staff they do have our under trained andunable to do the task at hand. They are constantly out of, or running out of most product by 9 AM.
