Stopped in to fill a craving for a burger. There was about a 10 minute wait even though there were plenty of empty tables that... I could see. There was one group ahead of us. It seemed odd to have such a wait on a Thursday but I don't know what the workersituation was. I do like that they used my number to keep me informed by text during the wait. Once we got in, every thingwas good. My daughter wanted to try the Cheetos fried cheese bites, they were ok, not my thing. Due to what my daughter and Iordered we were able to get a 2 for meal. So we got a chips and spinach dip. I got the Bourbon Street mushroom swiss burgerwith fries and a side salad. The burger was good but came with sauteed onions. I don't like onions so pulled them off. With the salad and the appetizers, I ended up taking the burger and fries home for work the next day. 35 min wait, because of staffing problems, they seat people with reservations (from the app) but you cannot call and make a... reservation. Food was good, but 2 hrs later the toilet is my new best friend. All 3 diners had the 8 oz serloin burbon steak,thank god we have 4 bathrooms where we are staying. Read more

Three of us went. 1 got a whiskey burger and the bun was rock hard. We sent it back and requested they put it on a bun that was... not grilled. So they steamed it and sent it back out. Yuck. No.2 got a club sandwich that was served on over done toast and hadslimey lettuce on it. No 3 ordered chicken Alfredo and he loved it. Probably our last time to this location. Was regulars a while back. Food is decent for the price. Some modest drink specials.... Had to ask for EVERYTHING at the bar. Amanda was at the end of her shift, so she was tired. But, she never really has goneout of her way to make us feel welcome. Should have sat at a high top. Read more
Went here to get some bourbon street chicken with my boyfriend and it was a nice time to get out of the house and eat a nice... meal. I?ve always loved the bourbon street chicken. I seen no problems with the food that I had gotten and thought the chickenwas moist and the potatoes were nice and crispy on the outside and the shrimp onions and mushrooms were grilled perfectly Theonion rings I got as an appetizer were good. They had a nice crunchy breading that I really liked. Only issue is they didn?thave a sauce specially for the onion rings like every other place I?ve gone to that has onion rings so I had to eat them plane.The waitress seemed knowledgeable about the food and what was in it when I asked about what kind of cheese in in the Frenchonion soup which made me feel happy. I would have gotten French onion soup but I wasn?t sure if the cheeses in it were safeduring pregnancy so I got onion rings instead. But she seemed nice and helpful and that was a plus. I didn?t notice cause I wassmelling foods but my boyfriend said they had an odd smell inside the building, probably the carpets from people spilling foodand drinks and carpets being harder to clean than hard floors. Another thing that happened on another visit is that when myboyfriend ordered the baby back ribs they were cold in the center and they needed taken back and microwaved and the bourbonstreet chicken was not as well grilled as the first visit. The onions were still pretty white and the shrimp didn?t have as muchtime on the grill as the first time other. It was still good but not as good as the first visit though. We had a friendly waitress however the hostess wasn't pleasant and seemed like it was an inconvenience to seat us. Food and... portions were good for the chain casual sports pub fare, price per entree or even appetizers was too high. Read more
