Really fresh flavours of ice cream. Black cherry was really good as was the blueberry bergamot, a unique flavour. Not too sweet... but just the right sweetness. We have been wanting to try this ice cream forever, but you gotta drive to Created Butte or thelikes to find it. As an owner of an ice cream shoppe it is always fun to try other brands and this one is great! Read more

Worth waffle I?ve ever had. Though my friend enjoyed his boozy milkshake. -2 points for employing children. 3 apathetic... children roughly 10-16 behind the counter -1 for giving me an undercooked wake covered in burnt black flakes from previouswaffles. Oh and it completely broke apart in the waffle maker but was still served -1 for having store bought whipped cream -1for having too many weird flavors and the one I tried was really mild in flavor Read more

This was the only true ice cream shop in town so we decided to give it a shot. The prices didn?t look that bad at first but the... serving sizes are pretty sad. Additionally the medium and large were the same amount of ice cream. The bowls were weirdlyoversized for the amounts, as the ice cream barely filled them up. I noticed one server eat personal snacks with their gloveson, and then proceeding to scoop ice cream with them, as well as using a sample spoon to take a scoop out of an ice cream tub,eat it, and dip it back in to eat another. Pretty unsanitary. The ice cream itself was fine I guess, not bad, not good, butoverall the place was rather disappointing. Read more

EDIT post-response: I actually am a ?dairy free friend??I believe you misread my original review below. I was expressing some... constructive criticism that I thought pertinent to the dairy/dairy free confusion. Take it or leave it. When you walk in, thereis a board of flavors. My eyes immediately skipped to the ?dairy free? section. Honey lavender was listed. So, I ordered it. . .by its listed name. After she scooped my ice cream and I passed the dairy free section next to the register, I realized I neededto specify and that there were 2 flavors of the exact same name. I only point this out as a potential area of confusion forfuture customers. I mention it for your benefit. Maybe calling it ?dairy free honey lavender? instead of also ?honey lavender?would help avoid this in the future. I apologize, I am only trying to help. RESUME MY OLD REVIEW: Ice cream was great andline moved quick. I do want to offer a bit of constructive criticism, however. Firstly, the flavors we came for (out ofnostalgia) were all gone. The winners must be protected and stocked at all costs (honey cinnamon cayenne + the goat cheesecherry). Second, it is extremely confusing to have duplicate flavors in the dairy free and regular ice cream. I only browsedthe dairy free section and quickly found my choice?honey lavender. When I ordered honey lavender, I unknowingly ended up withregular ice cream. Read more

This place rocks! We stopped by at least 3 times during our short stay in Crested Butte. The sandwiches were all so good but... make sure to get there for lunch as they only have a few leftovers during the evenings. It?s worth it to get them fresh forsure. (Roasted turkey was our favorite!) the ice cream was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The patio isdog friendly and first come first serve. We?ll definitely return! Read more

We were excited to try out the new restaurant in Crested Butte, and it did not disappoint. We visited over Labor Day weekend and... had the opportunity to eat there more than once, unfortunately our family could not agree on our favorite pasty! But my personalfav was The Old Timer. Unanimously, we all continue to crave the peaches and cream dessert pasty ~ simply delicious! You won'tbe disappointed. Read more
