I drive past another Taco Bell to get to this location! Everyone working drive thru is SO FRIENDLY, the food is always perfect,... they get the order correct and never an issue getting frozen drinks here because the machine always works. I tell everyone it'sa little out of the way but worth the trip! The tacos actually look like they do in commercials! Read more

Horrible service! They can?t read the board/screen when you order something special! If I could give a half a star I would! This... place has definitely went down hill since I was the manager! I hope y?all get it together otherwise you will lose a bunch ofbusiness! Read more

We had a HUGE order tonight but thankfully Michelle was working. I noticed they were short staffed and Michelle took it upon... herself to make sure the order came out quick, hot, and correct. She was friendly and personable.... This girl needs a raise!! Read more

I stopped in at this location at 5:30 p.m. on August 30th 2022. I use the self ordering kiosk to order my food and then had to... wait almost 20 minutes to receive it, and I was the only customer in the store at the time. 10 minutes later I saw one of theemployees locking the doors to get inside where I was. How do you lock doors to the dining room at 6:00 p.m. I guess people arenot allowed to eat their dinner inside of the Taco Bell after 6:00 p.m.. Read more

If you do not have enough employees to open the lobby. I will highly doubt the sanitation of the restaurant is any good. Thank... God I went in and not through the drive-through probably probably would have gotten sick Read more

Placed an online order, order was wrong, things were missing. I go back & the older woman working tells me ?your order had a lot... of modifications, it was confusing? she did apologize for the inconvenience, but still, she could have left out that wholesentence, lmao Imagine blaming the customer for doing your job incorrectly. What a horrible horrible experience! These people made me wait over 20 minutes behind 2 cars...... Acceptable...... But another... 20 minutes at the drive thru window while they charged me for 2 separate orders the wrong order and the correct order ! Theywere rude, they did not seem apoligetic. They did not ask me if it was okay to charge me twice! I don't want to ever visit ataco bell again! Read more

Because we drove up in a box truck and lobby was closed we got no answer in drive through, I could have been more understanding... had someone said something?.. all it took was for someone to say? sorry we don?t service people in box trucks but unfortunatelywe just got ignored as if we were never there!
