Very nice staff. Food cooked to order. But it's the actual food recipe that I gave 4 stars to. I'm not a big sonic fan,... everything tastes like it has sugar in it, from fries, tater tots and burgers. Very SWEET menu. Read more
I'm giving 5 for customer service and the way they handled the situation...Welp. First bad experience I have ever had with a... Sonic in any state across 22yrs was Sunday night. My order was cold and wrong. I'm not one to flip, $8. I called, wasn't drivingback at 10pm. They made it right on Monday, I returned the food, even offered me a soda for waiting. I don't want anything forfree. They offered me a water. They were all very nice and kind. They probably expected to be screamed at,given today's society.I spent 30yrs in food service, I don't do that. I have to compliment their customer service and team. Things happen. Be calm.Move along. Definitely had better, and definitely had worse fast food. The fish sandwich was surprisingly not bad for fast food. We got... cheese fries...bad idea. They were horrible, all they did was melt sliced American cheese over them. Their sweet tea isn't verysweet, but wasn't bad. Read more
