I ask myself EVERY time, Why do I come to this location? Very slow. Placed an online order that I waited 35 minutes for in the... drive thru. Didn?t have correct sides so was told, not asked, to pick other sides. Young guy behind register is a joke. Talks toyou like you?re stupid. Very unprofessional. Only one employee was wearing uniform. this is the worst popeyes location they are very very slow and nonchalant with their customers the drive thru is the worst they... have 3 cars and take almost 40 mins to take care of them. I hate this location they need to be shut down or new management. Theservice is really bad the food be horrible burnt n potatos don't have enough gravy n red beans n rice have more rice than beansyou get to the drive thru window and have to wait 10 mins for them to take your order. The lazy unresponsive non communicative guy in the front out of uniform sat there and took order after order after handing me... bag with a chicken sandwich missing and the food all over inside it only for me to wait 10 minutes for the manager running thecashier to ask me what I?m waiting for and then proceed to watch her go make it. Went to the drive through ordered my food and when I pulled up to pay the lady at the window was shocked to see me so then she... tells her manager who comes to the window and asks me what I want I told her and then as I?m in directly in her face she say Ican?t hear you then why I say are kidding me I?m right here in your face so then she proceeds to say since I had an attitude she acted as if she didn?t want my order because I?m a little upset by the rudeness and the stupidity they?re showing I drive off.Never been treated so rudely at this location THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED FOR GOOD!!!! I was 3 cars deep in drive-thru waited and 12 minutes to up to order at the speaker. When I got to the speaker I very politely... told to wait (another 5 minutes). I ordered 11 pcs. Family meal. Get to pickup window greeted nicely paid and waited 10 moreminutes. Get home open boxes to see burnt chicken or over cooked. Burnt biscuits (2 out of the 5 were) and a teaspoon of gravyon the potatoes. Not a good experience. ???? Read more

I placed an online order here, when I came in there was a large line of people, they are understaffed and only 2 people were... working so it took longer than it needed to. When I got to the counter and said I was picking up an order, it was not ready andI had to wait 10 more minutes for it after placing it over 15 minutes ago. Besides this, the people working have horriblecustomer service. Being rude to the customers isn?t going to make you feel better about being understaffed. I had to listen tothe one employee multiple times, saying how tired he is of working there, as a paying customer I do not want to hear about howyou hate your job. The restaurant is also dirty and there were flies all over the place. It?s clearly poorly managed and if itcan?t be fixed it needs to be closed down. Read more

These people are so rude I asked for a 3 piece only drums they said they couldn?t do that so I got a mild 2 piece. When I got my... bad they literally just tossed the food in the bag with no closed container and give me 1 spicy drumstick. I?ve tried callingmultiple times and it never goes through. Now my third time here. I love Popeye's but this place has the worst service. There is at least a dozen cars in drive thru and... six of us inside line. They only have three employees working all this. Pay your employees more so you retain them!! Or theowner needs to get off they their lazy .... And work. I am business owner myself and would be here 24/7 if needed to make mycustomers happy. Read more
