This location always charges me for things I didn't order, they never give me sauces when asked, they never get your order... right. You could order a mcchicken and they'll literally give you a cheeseburger. Read more
Person at drive through could not understand order number, ordered 2 burgers, both made incorrectly, greeted by attitude upon... notifying staff, only for them to mess up one of the two burgers a second time. Read more
I wish I could give an even lower rating bc they don't deserve the star. Every time we go there(out of desperation only) our... order is wrong. We just visited tonight and over half our order was wrong. I got a crispy chicken sandwich which had nothing buta pickle on it. No condiments, veggies, nothing, and it was burnt. My son was supposed to get two sides of fries, and he gotfries and apple slices. My husband asked for no onions, and his burger was covered in onions. Only one meal out of four wascorrect. A few months ago we went, and my son's 4 piece happy meal only had 3 nuggets and was missing the toy. I have never beento such a consistently terrible restaurant. I can understand a mistake here or there, but this place can not do a single thingright. Read more
Went in at 10:50 and didn?t know it closed at 11. Manager was EXTREMELY rude and discouraged me from ordering a crispy chicken... sandwich because it was a ?7 minute wait.? She was very nasty and gave me a dirty look when I wanted to order food. I went touse the kiosk and it kicked me out so I politely asked if the kiosk is closed. The manager then talks down to me and says that?it?s clearly closed.? No signs or anything. Horrible experience. Person working the register was nice. Manager was horrible.Would not recommend. The manager was flipping out when we went in to order today, yelling from the kitchen about how she hates being the solo manager... on shift and she's "tired of this" (not sure what she was referring to). Poor cashier looked scared. You could hear stuff beingthrown around. We were given the wrong size of slushie (ordered medium and got small) and both the burgers we ordered were superpink in the middle and made incorrectly from how we ordered I realize burgers can be cooked to temp and still be pink, butMcDonald's is suppose to eliminates all pink in their patties. I was low-key scared to go back to the register, so I didn't???????? Usually really like this location, our cashier's are typically super nice..but this was 100% inappropriate behaviorfor a manager, especially with multiple customers in the building. Read more
Went through the drive through. Had 2 meals in order. No French fries with the 1 meal. Come on its a meal. Went through again... today for breakfast. Hotcakes sausage etc. No syrup. Getting ridiculous. Please check your orders. Read more
