Spent 132.00 got charged 18% gratuity automatic that means no choice but we only had a party of 3. The biggest issue I had was... the fact that they put it as a service charge and then charge the 6% sales tax. It just doesn't seem legal for me to pay taxeson a tip. After about 15-20 minutes of explaining it to the head waitress before she removed the service fee/ gratuity. Then Ileft the waitress a cash tip, that I didn't have to pay taxes on.
