Delicious food and warm, welcoming service! We?re so glad we stopped in here on a day trip to crescent city for lunch. I was... looking for clam chowder and my partner was looking for Italian food and we found the best of both here! We ended up getting thehappy hour special which was a half sandwich (still a great portion size!), and a side of soup or salad. I got the Larosa and itwas bursting with flavor. I had the rigatoni with red sauce and meat balls. The sauce was good, the meat balls were very tasty. They were tender, had good... flavor and cooked well. I'd be inclined to just have a bowl of meatballs if I was to go again (we are from out of town visitingso sadly that won't be likely). We also had the chocolate chip cannoli, tasty and a good way to end the meal and our day. Thestaff were friendly in this no frills establishment. We passed by on the Thanksgiving Day on our trip to Portland. This is one of the only restaurants which is still open. We are... extremely thankful and happy to get the Turkey Meal offered by them.
