It's really disappointing that they switched to all disposable plates, utensils, and cups. Specifically disheartening is having... hot beverages like coffee served in styrofoam, and styrofoam is horrible for the environment and people's health. HeatingStyrofoam with hot beverages or food is not something we are comfortable with, but we had no other option but to except the hotcoffee in styrofoam because they don't have mugs anymore. Plastics and styrofoam disposables are not good moves, especially asthe main source of serving, not just for to go orders. The food also wasn't worth the price. I've had plenty of chicken tenders,never before this greasy, and the fries had the overcooked burnt taste. Having not eaten all day, I ate the tenders, but stillcouldn't push past the taste of the fries. We waited long enough for it so I didn't have time to ask them to fix it, it was abasic thing and I needed them to get it right the first time, and if it was the frying oil then it would have not mattered. Itwas $40 for three meals and three drinks and one of them was coffee, and all of it was served on paper and foil. I normally go to another breakfast spot in Creedmoor but decided to give this restaurant a try this morning. I?m very big on... customer service and the service here was a 2 out of 10. I placed a to go order and paid for my order. When I returned to see ifmh food was ready, I felt ignored by both waiters although they seemed somewhat friendly as I observed them helping othercustomers.A customer who was In the restaurant ended up going to get my order from the kitchen and confirmed my name and what Iordered. I waited a few more seconds before they bagged up my ordered after checking my meal. The atmosphere was nice but Ididn?t have a good experience. With that being said I will not be returning. Everything good. Great diner atmosphere. Heather took care of us well. Make sure to order the fresh potato chips app first. They... are warm, lightly fried just right! Ribeye sandwich was so tasty. Biscuits are grilled to warm up. Nice touch. Pot roast isstew style, in a bowl with potatoes and carrots and gravy. Lima beans good, seasoned just right. Homemade mac n cheese wascheesy! Potato salad had a bit odd taste. Honey bun cake is WOW. Hot and melty, lightly cinnamoned, loads of icing. This isfantastic! We almost fought for the last bite. Read more
