Would give it negative stars if I could. Placed an order via app multiple times. And everytime have waited 30+ minutes only to... go to the drive thru because nobody brought me my food at the stall I "checked in" at. Additionally the staff here has thepoorest of attitudes. I had a double hamburger and fries. My granddaughter had a single. We asked for ketchup but forgot to ask for napkins so we... did not get any. I don't like to have to ask for the essential items. It pisses me off. My drink had very little ice. Thistrip was in the middle of the morning so they were not rushed and could have paid more attention to the order. Only reason why I give it a 3 is because of Anthony Yeomans he deserves himself a raise. Every single time I've been there he... has always been extremely polite and ver helpful. If it wasn't for that young man I would have only gave it one star. There was3 people out front lolligagging and smoking cigarettes the whole entire time I was there. I waited over 45 minutes for 1 meal. The drive thru line was so long it was blocking the parked customers so I pulled into a... stall to order also. The speaker wasn't working so the girl had to come take my order. When I got my food the order was wrong.It took them over 30 minutes to figure out I ever existed and to fix my hamburger. They literally called out 5+ orders to meuntil they finally found mine. The poor server apologized but it wasn't her fault. She put it in correctly. Read more
Went for the first time today. The gentleman taking our order was NOT listening to what we were ordering. It was almost like he... didn't understand English but he spoke it perfectly. The things on the screen were all wrong (not to mention prices didn't matchthe menu- you need to update the listed prices if you increase them, don't just leave the menu as is and charge more) and whenwe tried to tell him to correct the mistakes (still had only placed half the entire order for the family) he says "okay that'llbe 23.85" and when we tried to say no we aren't done he closed it out and completely ignored us.
