First and last time I will frequent a Pizza Hut again. When I first went in, I was met by a very courteous lady. But there were... no menus to be had until she produced one. I used to visit Pizza Hut a lot when I lived in Jacksonvilee. Always ordered thesame- A Large Super Supreme Pan Pizza-. They used to be delivered sizzling and served at the temperature of the Planet Mercury.Now, not so much. However, mine was hot enough. My major complaint was that Pizza Hut must have changed their recipe, becausethe sauce on mine tasted like it had been poured straight out of a RAGU jar of garlic roasted tomato sauce. So, lessonlearned. Will be sticking with LIL CAESARS, and HUNT BROTHERS, better tasting at less than half the price. Didn't see any priceson the menu, so I just ordered. Second mistake. $22.00 and change, sticker shock. Was so bad, after two slices, just lined thegarbage can with the rest Even my friends didn't like it. Good luck. Read more

I ordered a ?dinner box? that was a pizza, cheese sticks, and Cinnamon sticks. I ordered my pizza to have extra sauce. There... was barely any sauce on it and it basically felt like I was eating thick dough with no sauce or barely any cheese. I took somepictures because it was so disappointing. Then, the cheese bread sticks that my wife wanted were terrible. They weren?t actuallybreadsticks, it was actually a pizza with just cheese on top that was cut into a rectangle shape. You could see the pizza crust,the breadsticks weren?t cut! We had to cut it and tear them apart ourselves. Also extremely dry and unpleasant. We didn?t eatthat. And the cinnamon sticks were also terrible. After I opened the box I went back to the Pizza Hut website to see what thethey were supposed to look like. They were basically undercooked bare white breadsticks with some cinnamon just thrown on top.Not what I was expecting based off the picture on the menu. I took pictures of the cheese breadsticks and cinnamon sticks aswell if anyone would like to see how bad they were. Overall just seemed like a lack of effort resulting in a pretty unpleasantexperience. I understand there may be staffing issues and supply chain issues potentially affecting this store, but this was anunpleasant experience and a waste of money. They never answered the phone after almost 4 minutes. Calling Dominos
