We would have given it a ZERO!! Terrible service!! People waiting inside for over 30 minutes yet the drive through people got... theirs quickly. You guys need to fire these people and start over with people who give good customer service. We ordered and wastold it would be 30 minutes. We got our money back and left!!!! Read more
I'd give 0 stars but that's not an option. We've been waiting for our order at curbside spot 3 since 4:03 pm. I've called 9... times and it keeps ringing with no one answering. Came back around and tried to adjust the pickup at curbside spit one, no onecame out and no one is answering. We tried the drive thru however that was still another 12 minutes in line. We even circled thebuilding multiple times to see if anyone would walk out. I've sent a message to corporate in hope to get my money refunded sincewe had to be somewhere before 5pm. Read more
Sad that they removed the any size drinks for a $1. Seems like less & less items on $1 menu anymore. In times where things are... hard on everyone, it's sad that we can't count on McDonald's to keep it so we can still take the kids out for a treat we canafford every now & then. I get that prices have to go up on some stuff but please return the $1 any size drinks & few more itemsto the $1 menu so when we're out with the kids we can afford to grab a quick drink & food for the whole family or even justourselves. Worse McDonald?s experience I?ve ever had in my life. Drive thru never took the order. Cash register ignored us (and other... cars), delivery window was clueless that we placed 3 mobile orders? and told us they couldn?t serve us, she closed the window,and locked it. We were nice the entire 10 min wait? already paid for our food, yet we we?re rudely told it was our fault? andso we just left with no food. Really?!?! The entire staff is brain dead. Read more
Well where to start it?s slowly been in decline online says it opens at 5 am here it is 530 and still not open no welcome please... hold just nothing people sitting down in lobby doing nothing to open I finally drive up to windows yo be told nothing wasready?. Long waits in the Drive-Thru line and the order was wrong it was placed right but given to me wrong. A common occurrence of that... restaurant. And came back to me ordered a double quarter pounder combo meal no ketchup no mustard and was given a quarterpounder combo meal with mustard on there. Read more

Wanted to order at the counter but the worker completely ignored us! We had to use the kiosk if we wanted to get our food. But... she waited on people that came in after us. They received their drinks right away. We finally got our order but had to ask fornapkins.
