Food was sub par. My whopper Jr was sloppy and the fries were not fresh..
I haven?t tried the food yet but I enjoyed my customer service. I ordered online for pick up the girl who was at the counter was... very friendly and made me feel comfortable I did notice good communication between the crew. gentleman i assume to be themanager I?m not sure he was wearing all black but he gave me my order double checked if it was all there also reminded me I gota drink which I probably would have left without if it wasn?t for him and was very friendly definitely like this location. Have tried twice to eat here and both times the orders are never right and this last time the lady at the drive thru was rude!... Will not go back! Even McDonald's gets their orders right ??????? Read more
Mgr was very rood to employees! Soda machine was backed up and when 3 customers and employees told mgr he didn't care! Tables... were dirty with employees in back standing around doing nothing!!!!! Then they got our order wrong..... Read more
Been waiting online behind 4 cars total . It's taken 15 min to get to the order microphone and now have been waiting 10 min to... order. Need to get your act together, your not even busy. I understand being short staffed and behind but it's taken 30 min for4 cars . This is outrageous we could cook our own food quicker. Everyone was very nice. All greeted and said welcome. Let me tell my order was wrong last night. Tiffany the Kitchen Manager is... awesome. She fixed everything. This Burger King is well worth your wait!! Everything is made fresh!! Which is why you wait!!!. Iwould rather wait on hot food than cold food with bad service. Read more
I was happy i went here fast like it should be and done just right impeccable service and she was nice enough to include the... ketchup. Being You know you dont always get the even if you order fresh fries. Read more
We actually found a burger King that got our order right. and the food was eatable.. will go back
