I ordered 4 subs and when I got them delivered I Check my order and there?s no cheese on my subs so I called and very nicely let... them know that there?s no cheese on it my subs the manager flat out said you?re lying that?s a lie at this point it?s not evenabout if there?s cheese on my sub or not it?s a fact that she did not even hesitate before she?s called a customer a liar shethen asked the person make the sandwiches if they put cheese on them of course they?re gonna say yes she said she saw them puton there I told her I?ll take a picture of my sandwiches to prove it she didn?t want me to do that instead I ask for the managerwhich was the person I was talking to she was no help she was extremely rude to me and I told her I was going to contact someonehigher she hung up that?s not a way to do business I will never be going there again and we went there often lost a costumer cuzof a very rude and clearly someone not trained on customer service subway you can do better and she is not it and she refused togive me her name but never have o been called a lier I have no reason to lie about my food and she didn?t even try to fix theissue or let me prove to her instead said I?m a lier and hung up.
