If you like paper in your breakfast sandwich, then this is the place to go. On different occasions I ordered a breakfast... sandwich and had that white paper that is used to separate the cheese or egg cooked with and assembled. First time I thoughhonest mistake or busy but the second time it happened it was not at all busy just neglect. I asked to speak to the manager butwas set aside and felt no one cared. I found a fingernail in my iced coffee. Went back and requested to see the manager on duty. Was told no shift manager was there....
